Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thank you for using my direct private service. I will do everything in my power to help you!
An MCV of 71.1 with a normal hemoglobin and a normal ferritin is considered a normal MCV. The "normal" ranges for test results are averages over very small study populations, and so interpreting something as "slightly low" does not in fact mean anything abnormal is happening when subsequent tests are reassuring. You are not anemic, that much is very clear. The tingling you are experiencing is a somatic symptom of anxiety, in fact a very common one. I suggest in-person consultation with a psychiatrist to consider treatment for anxiety including an SSRI antidepressant and/or psychotherapy, which are both highly effective.
