Question : Had a sciatica attack that afterwards left my left foot with a constant tingling feeling
Brief Answer:
Slip disc or Tight canal
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
Thanks for the query.
You child's have had this attack due to possible slip disc or tight canal through which the nerves pass.
Avoid bending forwards or lifting weights. Apply hot packs to the affected region. Perform low back extension exercises and physiotherapy. Take pain killers and muscle relaxant medication.
Do get an Xray and MRI Of the lumbosacral spine for better understanding of the nerves and the need for surgery as required.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
