Question : For the past few days I've had a tingling sensation in my penis (honestly). It's not painful, and seems to arrive in waves, about 3-5 seconds apart. While I do have occasional back pain, nothing severe for many years and nothing beyond work related soreness (painting contractor).

May be urethritis.
