Question : i have 3 days right ear bells ringing like continue beep. today is 3rd day i wake up now and today i am feeling pain in my ear and almost half side of my face.

I have gone carefully through your complaints. The problem is called tinnitus. It could have been caused due to a viral infection. Take plenty of water and fluids to drink. Gurgle with lukewarm water and take steam inhalation. You may discuss with you doctor about taking betahistine tablet. Take cetirizine tablet once daily for a few days.
