Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus & Vertigo
Question: I am livining in Jamshedpur & working in private sector company since 1999. In 2005 I was dignosed with dipression. Medicine didn't work. Then started pranayam & concentration technique. Which little bit helped me. In 2010 I was in SPain & dignosed with tinnitus & vertigo. Doctor advised to take betahistine & gingko biloba. Took it for 10 months. Returned to India in Mar-13 & noticed tinnitus is cured automatically but again in winter had same problem. Now since Mar-14 again I have no problem. In summer I don't face tinnitus problem. I am taking blood pressure medicine (Inderal 10 mg 2 times/day). I was dignosed BP last year. I cycle everyday 5 km & also also do brisk walk. But I feel giidiness if I put my head down & Up. Regularly I measure BP & Find 115-130 / 77 -85. I have decided to meet neuro specialist but I don't know who can help me to recover from BP, virtigo, tinnitus, giddiness.Can you help & guide me.

As you are expert in neurology, you might be very well aware of best doctors of India. In summer vacation, I am planning to either Delhi, Mumbai , Banglore or Patna for treatment. Not only in 4 cities written above, you can suggest doctor anywhere in India.
In Spain I was under treatment of ENT specialist also in India checked with two doctors of ENT. They said ear is OK.
In Feb-14, blood examination was done for LFT, thyriod, lipid profile. All were OK.
TMT, ECG, Eco & chest X-ray were also OK. And doctor suggested only to take Inderal 10 mg. Total Cholesterol was 214. HDL was = 46 . After that stopped non-veg & started to take almonds, papaya & Akhrot as my dialy food.
Is it related to sholder or vertebrae? My family doctor suggested to take Acenac 200 mg daily one tab for some days. He suspects some swelling in vertebrae.
