Pristiq is an SNRI drug and is a good antidepressant. You are already on Temazepam and Gabapentine and are not able to sleep properly. The reason of tinnitus could be Gabapentine too. Though you haven't mentioned the dose but it's high doses can cause tinnitus. For poor sleep instead of Pristiq other antidepressants like Mirtazepin can be tried. The drug can be used as mono-therapy or add on drug and can help in good sleep. You can talk with your doctor for that drug if possible. This will not only work as antidepressant but will aid in sleep too.
