Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus

Question : My wife has tinitis. She had an MRI last week that showed nothing. The EAR NOSE AND THROAT doctor
found nothing of any concern. The noise in her head is to the point of driving her crazy.

Thanks for the query.

If I were her treating doctor, I would advice her the following:
Check blood pressure , blood sugar & pure tone audiometry to know age related hearing loss.
To get symptomatic relief use tab Cinnarizine 25mg in night, syrup multivitamins twice daily & steam inhalation twice daily.

Discuss with your treating doctor.
