Question: I have sufering hearing loss of both ear. A beep sound comes from ear always

As per your clinical history it appears that you are having tinnitus.

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Tab Stugeron (cinnarizine) 25mg at night ,
continue TINNEX AND ZOHA 25 .
Tinnitus require long time to subsides.

To help you better I would advice upload Pure tone Audiometry & Impedance Audiometry investigation report .Also check your blood pressure .
