Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
This could be tinnitus.
There are many causes for tinnitus.
If an underlying cause of your tinnitus can be found, effectively treating it may help improve your tinnitus.
The causes ranges from simple ear wax to nerve defects.
I recommend you to consult an ENT specialist for complete ear examination and also audiological evaluation.
If you have any questions, I am happy to help.
Wish you a good health.
Take care.
