Brief Answer:
Tinnitus
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
It looks like you are suffering from tinnitus. It is usually because of inflammation to the middle year or at times due to blocked ear from ear wax. Here is how you should go about it
1. Tab Betahistidine three times a day will help reduce the buzzzing and ringing
2. Please get yourself checked by an ENT specialist as soon as possible
3. Do not meddle with your ears, do not attempt putting objects including ear buds into the ear canal
4. Try to avoid loud music and crowded places
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
