Brief Answer:
Getting an audiometry done should help.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

You need to understand the underlying situation. Our ear has three parts:
* The external ear: upto the eardrum
* The middle ear: with a thin tube connecting to the inner throat, on each side
* The inner ear: containing the vestibulocochlear apparatus which is responsible for both hearing and balance.

The ringing is supposed to be due to problems in the inner ear (sensorineural loss). If that is the case, getting an audiometry done should be helpful. Your doctor has given flonase to clear mucus block of the tubes which could lead to pressure changes in the middle ear. This is the reason of your sudden variation of the ringing, which gradually settled back to the baseline.
You have done a very bad thing by using peroxide. It can be damaging to the eardrum and could worsen the situation.

Let me know if I could be of further assistance.

Regards
