Is there any hearing loss or any history of nasal or throat infection in the recent past?
Any history of loud noise exposure or trauma to the ear?

I have had this for about 2 weeks. Sometimes it stops but then it starts up again.
I have not had any throat or nasal infections. I do have diabetes 2
could this be related to this.

Hi
Thanks for the information.
Diabetes can be associated with neuropathies.
You should get a pure tone audiometry done and send me the reports. It will tell if there is any neural loss causing this.
Take tablet cinnarizine two times a day and tablet vitamin b12 1500 micrograms once dailyfor a week.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
Follow up with the reports so that I can suggest you better.
