Question : I have a tiny sliver of something while eating, stuck in my inner throat . almost parallel to the XXXXXXX apple or a centimeter above that on the left side.
Its been 4 days, and the sharp pain has receded.
How can I remove this. With my finger I have felt the tiny bulge.

Foreign body ( silver ) stuck in the throat and it is impacted in the tissue ( on the upper part of pharynx i.e. most probably according to this query ).
You can't remove it with the help of finger , only you can felt it , it bulges .
Now , please consult an E N T doctor and he will remove it with the help of minor surgical procedure .
Don't take any tension , it will take few minutes.
