Brief Answer:
Yes - you should

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The Blood pressure is normal
The pulse rate is a little higher – the usual range is 60 to 100 / this is not a dire emergency by itself, but in combination with tiredness, it needs to be evaluated.

Anaemia / Anxiety / Alcohol / Tobacco (smoking) / Caffeine (too much tea, coffee, cola) / Fever / Infection / Pain / Stress / Thyroid / electrolytes - calcium, magnesium / Medicines like Phenylephrine used for ‘cold’; Salbutamol used for asthma and so on - may be responsible.... / Less commonly, disease of the heart or its conduction system may be responsible!

Appropriate treatment demands accurate diagnosis
And diagnosis demands examination; probably investigation too;
It is wiser to look and see rather than wait and guess
GET HIM EXAMINED / Happy, if nothing is found / if anything is found, it can be addressed appropriately
The treating doctor alone could conclude better, based on the total clinical picture

Good luck
God bless you

Brief Answer:
YES - Correct!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Yes – he is right
The syrup contains Terbutaline which can cause the increased rate
Tiredness could be from the syrup or the initial infection itself…
STOP the medicine
If he does not improve in a few hours, see your doctor
