Hello,
I have studied your case.
You need to do physiotherapy and knee exercises to improve range of motion.
You can continue physiotherapist for rehabilitation.
Initially quadriceps strengthening and range of motion exercises are important later on against résistance theraband exercises.
Gradual walking and running later on and playing sports are last step of rehabilitation.
Do not run initially, gradual stair climbing and take precaution while squatting.
