I am Dr. kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

Nail fungus Or Onychomycosis is best treated with Oral antifungals e.g either Terbinafine or with Azoles (e.g Fluconazole or Itraconazole). In addition topical amorolfine 5%nail lacquer is also effective remedy for onychomycosis. Usually, oral and topical antifungals are used in combination to ensure best results.
