Brief Answer:
Better to get to the nearby hospital at once

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

You have taken a total of 60mg of Oxycodone at one go. 60mg is the maximum prescribing dose for Oxycodone in 24 hours.

I see that you have decent tolerance to opiates. However, it may be possible that you will end up with respiratory depression or a decrease in respiratory rate, cyanosis (bluish skin), increased sleep leading to stupor and coma, decreased blood pressure, decreased heart rate, flaccid skeletal muscles. In extreme cases, respiratory and cardiac arrest leading to death.

The overdose is more likely to manifest if you take alcohol or other illegal substances with oxycodone, along with Lexapro as well.

I would definitely suggest you to get to the nearby hospital at once to be on a safer side. Definitely, you must be concerned of all these overdose reactions.

If you cannot go to a hospital or call 911, please inform any of your relatives or family members and close friend about the same.

I am sorry but why was the need to take such a high dose? Please ensure that you do not take medicines above what is prescribed to keep yourself healthy.

Take care!
