Do regular mouth gargle .

Hi,
Thanks for query.

In my opinion , if you do regular mouth gargle with antiseptic solution like triguard for 5-7 mins daily & use tab vitamin c twice daily then frequency of getting tonsillitis will decrease.

It will also decrease bacterial load inside tonsil.
