Brief Answer:
Tonsillitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for uploading the photo, I have seen it and it looks like you are suffering from tonsillitis. Your tonsils are enlarged, red and crypts are more visible. Here is what you should do
1. Gargle your throat with betadine gargles three times a day.
2. Avoid cold beverages.
3. Avoid milk, milk products, spicy and oil food
4. Tab Levocetrizine once at night will help bring down the inflammation
5. If you are spiking fever then I recommend you to be on antibiotics like azithromycin once a day for 3 days
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
Regards
