Brief Answer:
You need not be worried much.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
I am Dr Aslam here to help you.
You have not mentioned the exact query to be answered, and what was the diagnosis with the heart problem other than sinus tachycardia? If it was a valvular disease, tooth infection need earlier attention to avoid complications like infective endocarditis.
From what you described, you had an RCT done, now got RCT failure, demanding extraction, and the mandibular bone surrounding the infected tooth has become weakened.

This is not be worried much. After the tooth is extracted, the infection will be controlled in 7-10 days with antibiotics, analgesics, and keeping good oral hygiene with frequent warm saline gargles.
Once the infection is controlled, any bone loss will be corrected slowly in 2-3 months usually.During this period, take enough green leafy veges, fruits like dates, dried fruits, milk, egg etc to have adequate calcium and vitD supply. After adequate socket filling and bone make up,we can go for implant and prosthesis.Your prosthodontist will guide you in this regard.
While awaiting your appointment, continue the antibiotics given, and keep good oral hygiene.
Wishing you good health,Thank you.
