Brief Answer:
Home remedies can give only temporary relief..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain if you have pain in tooth, it can be probably due to deep infection in tooth that is leading to nerve irritation present in the centre of the tooth leading to pain..

Pain in ear seems to be due to radiating pain from tooth..

A far as home remedies are concerned it will provide only temporary relief, however you can bite over a piece of clove or apply clove oil over the tooth as it has a sedative action and will help in reducing pain..
You can do cool compresses over the cheek..
Take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..

But it will provide only temporary relief and for permanent resolution, you should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray can help in diagnosis and treated accordingly..

In case if tooth can be saved, Root Canal Treatment can be advised followed by antibiotics and painkillers..
In case if there is gross decay, extraction of tooth can be advised..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
