Brief Answer:
Not bronchitis

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health care magic.

Rather than bronchitis your problem seems to be a level above, involving the larynx or vocal cords. The problem is due to laryngeal edema or swelling of vocal cords. It is unlikely that you had bronchitis.

Let me know if I could help further.

Brief Answer:
Bronchoscopic evaluation needed

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.

The situation needs a thorough evaluation. A bronchoscopic visualisation would be needed. Based on the findings treatment has to be administered. Steroids are likely to be needed. You would need to visit a doctor of respiratory medicine or chest medicine for the same.
