I have had trouble focusing and remembering when papers are due or when to attend meetings. This has led to me losing many jobs, caused relationship problems, and to fail a few classes in school. My friends, and a doctor at Urgent Care suggested that I find a Psychiatrist that can help me resolve these problems through medication because I cannot seem to correct them on my own.
