                                            Question : Hi can a internal medicine specialist treat TB.i have completed 6 months TB lymphadenitis treatment under the guidance of an internal medicine specialist ,who has also experience in chest medicine.
Started my treatment with akurit 4 for first two months and akurit 3 for next four months.my question is can a internal medicine specialist treat TB good.Sir attached my x ray report taken first in the month of 11/11/2016 next after three months on1/2/2017 and last on 29/04/2017.
After comparing all the three x rays during the last six months my doctor told to stop treatment as six months completed.
Another point from starting of my treatment I have no symptoms.just while reading an article in internet I checked my neck has some swallow . thought it may be a cancer went to doctor who was surgeon ,he told me to go to his friend who is internal medicine specialist in the same hospital thus started my treatment and completed.during all this I have no symptoms and nothing.my lymph node in neck regressed during 7th week of my treatment.Sir recently I also gained a lot of weight

                                    Sir now a days every  thing likes smell in public  toilet  or anyThing garbage smell   in the locality creating fear. in last week  when while in outside went to public  toilet in Temple
