Brief Answer:
Upload examination findings and reports

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Generalized body weakness with normal ncv and emg may occur in metabolic conditions.
You should get Vitamin D, vitamin B 12 and Thyroid tested.
Fasciculation and wasting cam occur in hyperthyroidism too.
Upload any examination prescription or reports to guide you more.
Examination findings are important for advising further management.
