Question : Hi dr XXXXXXX have followed your advice and had my thyroid re tested as well as my b12 levels have not been recalled to dr so guess every things is ok the twitching in my muscle has lessened but is still there on occasions especially when I sit

It is good that muscle twitching is lessened now. It is a good sign and I believe soon it is going to disappear. It is also good that both your thyroid and vitamin B 12 levels are normal. Now I want to suggest you to take tablet Methylcobal and tablet Amytryptalin daily. These tablets will help in relieving these muscle contraction.
