Question : My left arm recently started twitching several times a day for the last few days? Is this something I should be concerned about?

Thanks for the query

Twitching of individual muscle fibre is most often due to localized muscle injury or a viral infection. It is most often self limiting and requires no treatment.

I recommend the following

1. Watch for twitching of other areas of the body
2. Watch out for weakness in your arm, that is inability to lift common objects.

In above two conditions please approach a neurologist soon for biopsy of the muscle to rule out amyotrophic lateral sclerosis

Would taking Celebrex for arthritis in knee be a cause for twitching in arm?

Celebrex has celecoxib in it, it does not cause twitching in the arm.
