Brief Answer:
You may have reactive lymphnode hyperplasia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
You have multiple enlarged lymph nodes in posterior occipital, cervical and inguinal region.
Most probably it is due to reactive lymphnode enlargement. But chance of tuberculosis and rare chance of lymphoma is there.
You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of one of the lymphnode. It will give clear diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
If it is reactive hyperplasia then only antibiotic treatment is sufficient. But if it is due to some other cause like tuberculosis or lymphoma then specific treatment is needed.

So don't worry. Just be relaxed. Just go for FNAC or biopsy and start treatment according to report.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear.
I can understand your concern. There are small chance of lymphoma as I said earlier. However reactive hyperplasia or lymphoma can be differentiated only by fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy only. So go for it and take treatment accordingly.
Please give me follow up with your reports.

doctor
Answered by Dr. Hardik Sanghvi (6 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Yes It can cause posterior cervical node to swell.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I can understand your concern. Infection in teeth or infection in head and neck region can cause lymphnode swelling. Even your dandruff can cause lymphnode hyperplasia. So there is chance of reactive hyperplasia of lymphnode is also there. We should search the cause of that, whether it is reactive hyperplasia or lymphoma. That is why Biopsy or FNAC is necessary.
Don't worry, It is minor procedure with perfect results.

Hope I have answered your question. Feel free to ask any further doubts.
