Question : Sir, fever of typhoid comes from last 15days medicines course aldy completed, but he is feel sickness, the above fever comes 3 times within a year..his widal test as under. Story 1:160,sth:1:80,span 20,spbh 20, used tab,zanocin200,solo 650,ink ceftriaxone IP,ofloxacin tab200. Dolo650 .PSE suggest me.
Age 16, weight 51 kg.

Hi welcome to health care magic, Is this the latest Widal? What were the previous titres like?
I think the best option is to do a blood culture and antibiotic sensitivity for drug that works.
Also in my experience--age old Chloramphenicol sometimes works when all other antibiotics fail.
Your doctor may like to do a blood culture and meanwhile start Chloramphenicol with monitoring of blood counts every third day.
