Question : The widal test results are typhoon TO is 1:160 and S.Typhi TH is 1:160. The kid has been suffering from fever since last 7 days. Can you advise if it is typhoid. We need to travel on Monday- can we continue. Currently she has been advised antibiotics rantac, ceftraxome, amikacin and zofer

Hi,

The report indicates typhoid fever and treatment with ceftriaxone or ofloxacin is essential. Other medicines are secondary.

If the physically stable enough to travel, it's ok, but I doubt if that would be the case.
