Brief Answer:
List of suggestions for him to follow ma'am :)

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. As it is a sore caused due to friction quite clearly following are my suggestions:

+Avoid further friction by avoiding the bike for a while (about 2 weeks)
+Wear loose and comfortable clothing
+Application of antibiotic cream (e.g. neomycin, metronidazole, etc.) 3 times a day
+Keep the region covered with a sterile dressing and the antibiotic cream for the first 3 days, after which I would like to request you to attach 2 images to our discussion (1. How it looks today; 2. how it looks after 2 days of topical antibiotic therapy)
+Drink plenty of water
+Change the sterile dressing everyday
+Shower everyday and try to keep the region dry and clean other than the antibiotic application

Please also feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
