Brief Answer:
Need a checkup

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
A stool frequency of 8 to ten per day suggests a flare of the disease

You need further investigations like a complete blood count and CRP (C reactive protein) along with a stool examination. This will help to assess the disease activity and plan further treatment.
Please consult your doctor as soon as possible.
Hope this helps
I would be happy to answer any further queries
