Brief Answer:
Consult your doctor for starting insulin

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
As you said you are diabetic from 10 years and been on medications since then so it is seen sometimes the threshold of pancreas to respond to this oral tablets decrease with time.
As you have specified that you were well controlled with only 1 mg of triglimisave was enough but now with 2 medications also blood sugar is very high.
Either the test has been not conducted well by meaning if you have taken dinner late or had high sugar containing food in dinner or didn't take proper sleep before test etc. Because these things also are important while seeing blood sugars. But I hope it has been taken care of as you are diabetic from 10 years so you must be knowing well. But still in case anything of above has happened you can correct the issue and recheck again to be sure.
Other possibility is decrease in sensitivity of pancreas to respond to the oral hypoglycaemics. In this matter you will require addition of insulin to oral tablets. It will be better if you consult your doctor (as he knows your drug history) to ask for starting injectable insulin like mixtard or actrapid which will be better to control your blood sugars than the current oral medications.
I hope I have answered your query well. If you have any other question kindly write me back.
Thank you
