Question : MY HUSBAND HAS HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE HE TAKES 160MG OF DIOVAN BUT THE LAST WEEK HIS PRESSURE HAS BEEN HIGH 170OVER107 IT COME DOWN TO 148OVER98 BUT IT HAS BEEN IRREGULAR. HE IS ON A BOAT IS THERE ANYTHING HE CAN DO WHILE ON THE BOAT TO GET IT DOWN.

I read your query and would like to make the following suggestions:
- Increase the dose of Diovan take an extra pill.
- Reduce salt intake.
- Reduce alcohol drink.
- Reduce salt intake
- Avoid cafe, carbonated drink and energy drink
- Increase potasium intake (avocado, bananas etc.)
This measure will help him reduce and control his BP.
