Question : Hi
I over the past year I have had some underarms pain , chest pain and back pain comes and goes and not debilitating just irritating and making me worry Also when I eat I get some chest pain - because of all this I have done ultrasounds on arm pits , Xrays on chest and CT scan On chest. The only thing found was non lymphatic bilateral node - doctor says its ok is this anything to worry about ?
I have also done endocsopy and colonoscopy and several blood works or normal?

Brief Answer:
You should get an FNAC or BIOPSY of the Lymph node.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, all tests are normal except enlarged lymph nodes.
I prefer to get an FNAC (Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology) of the Lymph node. If it is inconclusive, it's better to remove the lymph node and send for Histopathological examination (Biopsy). Exact cause can be identified. It could be due to simple bacterial infection also.
Nothing to worry.
Please consult your doctor and proceed further.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
