                                            Try sex from day 11-18.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
A 26-32 days cycle is a normal variation of the cycle. This is not considered as an irregular cycle. To get pregnant you have to have unprotected sex on every alternate day during ovulation.
Ovulation occurs 14 days prior to next period due date. In case of regular period with 28-30 days duration, your fertile days will be from 11th-18th days of each cycle. You can use ovulation prediction kit (LH kit) to predict ovulation time in mid cycle. With this protocol, chances of pregnancy can be maximized.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
