Question : my foreskin is not retractable and pains when i do it. one time i was able to push back i found fulcrum very tight and lots of folded skin below the gland. should i just for foreskin loosening or full circumcision.

Considering your age , I would advise you to first get your blood sugar checked as there has to be a reason for acquired phimosis at your age, it might have been a balanoposthitis or so.

The best way to cure such a problem is circumcision.
Foreskin loosening has very high incidence of recurrence.

Thank you doctor. I have normal blood sugar level which was checked recently. I read the details about phimosis thru wiki and you are right, However in terms of acquired phimosis, i have had this condition from childhood. No sexual dysfunction at all.
If i go for circumcision, what is the duration i will need to be hospitalized and recovery days also approx cost associated with it.

It is good that the blood sugar is normal.

You need to be in a hospital for about a day after circumcision.
Recovery in adult circumcision is 3 to 7 days.
Cost of the procedure will depend from place to place, seniority of the Surgeon, the hospital facilities you take, type of anesthesia and all such factors. So requesting you to consult a General Surgeon / Urologist in your area to talk and take decision accordingly.
