Suggest Treatment For Upper Back Pain And Indigestion

Question: I am experiencing upper back pain that comes in waves that is combined with Waves of either heartburn or indigestion I think. 20 minutes ago I took pesto Bismal and I just took ibprofin. Should I be concerned?

I'm a 33 yr female.
