Question : Congestion in head for three weeks, currently congestion has moved to chest in chest, treated this week with Musenix. This morning, aching joints throughout the day progressing through the day to other joints. Tested negative for strepp two weeks ago at a clinic. Loss of voice until last two days, voice is currently better.

I am sorry to hear that you are suffering with an upper respiratory infection. Despite it going on for 3 weeks this is not uncommon. You could have in addition to an infection you could have allergies. To help with your symptoms I would recommend using Afrin nose spray once daily for 3 days. This will open your nasal passages and help you overcome the nasal congestion. If this does not help then try an oral decongestant. You just need to give it more time.
