Brief Answer:
Might be Upper respiratory tract infection transmitted to eyes

Detailed Answer:
Hi,thank you for posting your query on health care magic.

From your symptoms,it looks like you might be suffering from upper respiratory tract infection(in throat which may have spread to sinuses) ,which got transmitted to eyes by using an infected towel/hands.

For the symptoms of throat pain and sinus inflammation, you may find relief by taking Oral Decongestant(like Phenylephrine) if you are not suffering from hypertension,Nasal decongestant drops like Xylometazoline,Analgesic like Ibuprofen,Antacid like Rantac,Mucolytic like Ambroxol and Antihistamininc like Cetrizine.I am not advising you Oral antibiotic as you have already taken Azithromycin antibiotic. Also do steam inhalation.Avoid cold, spicy and oily food.Drink lots of fluids(warm).Do warm Saline gargles.Avoid dust, smoke and other pollutants.

You might be suffering from inflammation in your tongue. You can take a multivitamin tablet containing Vitamin B complex,Folic acid,Zinc along with the above medicines.Avoid eating spicy, citrus and hard food.Take soft diet.

For the infection in eyes, you might be suffering from Inflammation in your conjuctiva(reddening of eyes, watering and itching from eyes) or inflammation in your eyelid(swelling over eyelid).Continue using Azasite ointment over eyes(it contains Antibiotic Azithromycin). You may also use antibiotic eye drops like Ciprofloxacin,Antihistamininc eye drops to relieve itching and Artificial eye drops if you are suffering from Dryness in eyes.Don't use infected towel or hands to clean your eyes.Warm compresses over eyes may relieve the pain.Clean your eyes with a clear water.

If after following the above measures,if you symptoms are not improving ,then it would be advisable to consult an Otolaryngologist for throat and sinus infection and an Ophthalmologist for Eye infection.
