Brief Answer:
Upper respiratory tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Common cold (upper respiratory tract infection), associated bacterial infection (due to yellow sputum/mucus)

I usually prescribe my patients with similar complaints, with antibiotic and anti-histaminic, like
1) Tab. Azithromycin 500mg once daily for 3 days
2) Tab. levocetrizine 5 mg Bd (twice daily) for 3 days.

It helps to relieve the symptoms,

Hope helped you
