Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Your symptoms suggest upper respiratory tract infection.

I suggest you continue levocetrizine
Betadine gargles or warm salt water gargling twice a day for throat discomfort.
Continue nasal saline drops and combiflame twice a day.
Steam inhalation twice a day and it will helpful for cold and headache as well.

If your throat pain persists or if you have fever then you may need antibiotics. And I suggest you visit an ENT doctor for clinical examination and for medications.\

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
