As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having viral upper respiratory tract infection.

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Antiseptic Betadin Mouth Wash twice daily ,
anti inflammatory Paracetamol twice daily for headache with swollen uvula &
Antihistaminic tablet at night .

You will get relief .
