Brief Answer: Decongestant medicine can be given Detailed Answer: Hi, Thank you for your query. At this age it is very common for children to develop repeated upper respiratory tract infection. Kindly give him a decongestant cough syrup like Recofast or Lupihist 2.5 ml three times a day. In case there is no improvement in the next day or two then a clinical examination by a doctor is warranted. I hope I have responded to your query to your satisfaction. Please feel free to revert back in case you require any clarifications or would like to share more information. Wishing your child an early recovery. Regards, Rajiv K Khandelwal
