Brief Answer:
Appears to be gastritis, acidity.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Gall bladder pain usually is associated with a fat rich meal and burping is uncommon. The pain is on the right upper flank and is usually of catching type.
2. The pain at present appears to be more due to gastritis. Wine is an acidic drink, fermented which will irritate the stomach mucosa and cause gastritis. This is more burning type of pain, which can reduce after food or antacids or cold milk intake. This acidity or irritation can induce vomiting. This acidic reaction can release gas resulting in burping. Also, ingestion of air during meal intake can also result in burping.
3. Need to avoid salty, spicy or sour diet, which can induce gastritis. Also, proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole or pantoprazole daily should help in reducing pain.
4. If pain does not reduce with above treatment, gastric endoscopy and ultrasound abdomen maybe necessary.
Hope it helps.
