Brief Answer:
May be due to infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on this platform

I have gone through the query and do understand your concern.
Fever with stomach upset and altered stool pattern in this age is commonly due to some viral infection.
I would like to know if there is any vomiting, the number of stools since morning and also about the consistency of stool. I would suggest you to measure the temperature by thermometer by better assessment as temperature more than 99.5 needs to be treated.
Most of the time this kind of infection improves within 3-5 days with symptomatic treatment; like probiotics, medication for vomiting like ondensetron(ondem/emeset), for gastritis like lansoprazole(Junior lanzol)and for fever like paracetamol.
I won't get overly worried if baby is passing urine well and there is no vomiting.
Decreased appetite is common in any illness particularly if there is fever and it improves as the illness subsides.
Here I would suggest you to watch for general activity. Urine output, to monitor the temperature and to give as much of fluid as possible. You can give frequent small feeds of her own choice.
If you notice any significant problem please contact your pediatrician immediately.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.

Brief Answer:
Give plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for follow up

You can give ondensetron from vomiting. I won't get worried for increased frequency of stool as it may take 3-4 days for the stool pattern to get normal.
Give plenty of fluids. Give paracetamol if temperature is more than 99.5 Fahrenheit. I won't get worried if baby is taking orally well, passing urine, stool is not blood mixed and is otherwise active.Probiotic helps in early recovery.
Above mentioned medications are prescription medicines so please get that prescribed by a physician.
If you notice any significant problem please consult your pediatrician immediately.
