Question : have a 11 year old girl, no fever, upset stomach that comes and goes.....was fine at 4:30 and says she vomited about 20 minutes ago....nausea comes and goes for past week. States she has stomach pain...what should I do?

Can understand your concern.

Upset stomach with vomiting suggests stomach infection, acute gastritis.

In my opinion, you should give antiemetic like ondansetron tablet 0.1 mg/kg. Also, antispasmodic medicine like cyclopam tablet should also be given.

If there is no improvement then you should get the child examined by a doctor.
