Brief Answer:
Cleaner water and curd

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

The normal flora in small intestine gets upset by using antibiotics like ciplox.
Normal flora means the good germs on skin and in gut. These good germs do not let the bad germs grow inside body. When we use antibiotics, it kills both good and bad germs.

Usually antibiotic induced diarhea recovers by itself after stopping antibiotic.
We can help by taking cleaner water, hygienic well cooked food. Sometimes probiotics may help. Natural source of probiotics is curd.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
