Brief Answer:
not necessary...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

the role of Ureaplasma urealyticum is not very well established. We do treat it in symptomatic individuals and the best treatment is with either doxycycline for 7 days (or more) or azithromycin (single 1gr dose) but when there are no symptoms the treatment is controversial. Most (if not all) clinicians won't treat an asymptomatic man.

I hope it helps!
Kind Regards!
