Brief Answer:
It is due to Post Menopausal Urethra Stenosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have dysuria
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have other urinary symptoms like Frequency for urination .urning etc ?
2) Have you done urine culture and what are the results ,?
3) Can you upload report of urine culture.?

There is generalized atrophy of genital organs at this age which involves urethra also .This narrowed urethra is cause of dysuria.

Consult qualified Urologist for evaluation .Take Estrogen in small doses or oral contraceptive pills ,This will help to relieve pain .

Get prescription from your family physician.Diet has no role in treatment for Urethral Syndrome.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
